Illustrator Joe Ciardiello, known for his portraits of authors in the NY Times Book Review, as well as for his musician portraits, will discuss his new book "Black White & Blues". Published by Strike Three Press, this is a limited edition book featuring 15 drawings of legendary blues musicians. Joining Joe for the evening will be the designer/printers, Daniel Smith and Virginia Cahill to talk about the process of producing a letterpress printed, hand-bound and numbered edition.
The book will be available for sale following the talk.
