Application Specifics “Billing Information” Section: Your table should pick one person to fill out this section who will then be considered the “applicant of record” for that table. All festivalrelated correspondence will be conducted via e-mail with that person, who is in turn responsible for passing the information to his or her tablemates and keeping MoCCAFest informed of any address changes.
“Exhibitor Information” Section: Please fill in the information each exhibitor would like to represent himself or herself with. This information will be used in the online exhibitors list and the printed event guide (the “website” specified will be a hyperlink from the exhibitor’s name on the online list). If you need a badge for someone who should not be included in these listings, such as someone who is helping run the table but is not an artist, please check the appropriate box on the Exhibitor Badge Information sheet.
“Table Information” Section: Only publishers (with a catalog of at least 10 titles and representing at least 5 artists), collectives (groups of artists who work collaboratively) and [501(c) (3)] not-for-profit organizations can apply for more than one table. All other applicants should check the “standard exhibitor” box. No exhibitor can apply for more than 4 tables. Each full table is 6’x2.5’ and comes with 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor badges; each half-table comes with 1 chair and 1 exhibitor badge.
Refund Policy Should the need arise for any confirmed exhibitors to drop out of exhibiting at the 2013 MoCCAFest, our refund policy is as follows: • There is a $50 non-refundable deposit on all exhibitor space. • After December 30, 2012, the non-refundable deposit rises to $100 per table. • After February 15, 2013, all payments are non-refundable. • Refunds will only be issued upon the resale of the canceled tables. • Reservations are not transferable or exchangeable.

No dealers are permitted. MoCCAFest and its representatives are not responsible for any loss, damages, claims, or injury. All exhibitors are expected to adhere to all New York City, New York State, and 69th Regiment Armory rules and laws.
In addition, the following rules must be observed: • Exhibitors shall keep all designated areas clean and will not nail, screw or attach anything to the 69th Regiment Armory facilities. • Outside alcoholic beverages and the use of any illegal substances in the 69th Regiment Armory during festival hours is prohibited . • The subletting of exhibit space without prior written permission of MoCCAFest is prohibited. • No item of any type may be placed in the aisles. All display material must conform to local fire regulations.
In the event that an exhibitor is removed from MoCCAFest for failure to abide to any of these rules, all monies paid to shall be forfeited to the Society of Illustrators and no refund shall be made.
Exhibitors shall not utilize any fixture, device, merchandise or activity that is illegal, in bad taste, or detrimental to MoCCAFest or the comics industry (as determined by the Society of Illustrators in its sole discretion).
Our “Adult Content” policy is: We respect your First Amendment rights, but we try our best to keep the event a safe place where parents can be proud to take their kids. Therefore,
we respectfully request that there be no openly displayed material depicting explicit violence, nudity, or sexual conduct. Adult material must not be sold, given, distributed, or accessible to minors. Basically, if a kid who looks under 18 picks up something that is meant for adults, stop them. It’s a small compromise for which the community will thank you.
