Recipes from the Bar




  • In a cocktail shaker add 1.5 oz Silver Tequila, 1 oz Orange liqueur, .5oz freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • Add sweetener (simple syrup, agave nectar) *optional.
  • Fill shaker with ice, close, and shake!
  • Use a lime to coat the rim of the rock glass, flip and place it onto a small plate filled with salt. 
  • Add ice to your glass and pour in your margarita! Use a lime wedge as garnish.
Bloody Mary
  • In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients: 2 oz Vodoka, 4 oz tomato juice, 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, 2 dashes of hot sauce, 1 pinch of pepper, 2 tsp. horseradish.
  • Add ice to a high ball glass and pour contents of the shaker in.
  • Use lemon wedge, green olive, and a celery stick as garnish.
  • Fill your shaker with ice.
  • Add .5 oz of Dry Vermouth.
  • Close shaker and shake 4-5 times.
  • Strain and discard the liquid, leaving ice behind in your shaker. 
  • Add 2.5 oz Dry Gin into shaker, shake/stir.
  • Strain into chilled Martini glass with a choie of olives or lemon twist as your garnish.

Aperol Spritz

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add 2 oz of Aperol as well as 2 oz of Prosecco.
  • Top the glass with club soda. 
  • To finish, add an orange twist on the rim.
Moscow Mule
  • Add 1.5 oz Vodka into copper mug.
  • Add .5 oz lime juice into mug.
  • Add ice to fill mug.
  • Top off with ginger beer over the ice, stir.
  • Add mint and lime garnish to complete your cocktail!


  • Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Campari, 1 oz Sweet Vermout.
  • Add an orange wedge as garnish.
  • Fill an old fashioned glass with ice and all ingredients.
  • Start and finihs with adding another orange wedge!  
Dark and Stormy 
  • In a tall glass, add ice.
  • Combine 2 oz of dark rum.
  • Top with 3 1/3 oz ginger beer.
  • Add a few dashes of bitters, stir and garnish with a lime. 
  • Combine vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and triple sec in a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake until outside of shaker is ice cold.
  • Strain into chilled martini glass, add orange twist as garnish.
  • Add 2.5 oz gin, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, a lime wheel into a shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lime.
  • Simply add 1.5 oz vodka into a highball glass over ice.
  • Top with orange juice and enjoy
White Russian
  • Pour 1oz Kahúla and 2oz Vodka into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
  • Add fresh cream on top and stir slowly.

Piña Colada

  • Add 2 oz. light rum, 1 1/2 oz. cream of coconut, 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice into shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a hurricane glass with pebbled or crushed ice.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.

Jalapeno Margarita

  • At the bottom of your cocktail shaker, muddle the 2 jalapenos coins with 1/2 oz. agave syrup.
  • Pour 1 1/2 oz. Reposado tequila, 1 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz. triple sec into a shaker, fill with ice, and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a salt-rimmed rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Cheers!!! 


  • In your cocktail shaker lightly muddle the mint, add 1 1/2 oz white rum, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup and ice and shake till chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with soda using ur mint sprig and lime wheel as garnish. 

Cucumber Cooler

  • 2 parts Crop Cucumber Vodka
  • 4 blackberries
  • ¼ part lemon juice
  • Champagne
  • Muddle blackberries, add vodka and lemon juice into the shaker, and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Champagne.

Mint Julip

  • In a julep glass or rocks glass lightly muddle the mint and syrup.
  • Add the burbon and pack tightly with crushed ice.
  • Stir until the glass is ice cold.
  • Top with more crushed ice to form a dome and garnish with mint leaf and optional bitters.


  • Dice the orange, lemon, apple, pear and strawberry into evenly smaller sized pieces.
  • Combine the diced fruit, wine, brandy, the juice of one orange, and a cinnamon stick together in a large pitcher.
  • Optional Add sweetener: If you prefer a sweeter sangria, feel free to add in a tablespoon or two of sweetener at a time until the sangria reaches your desired level of sweetness.
  • Pop the pitcher in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, to let those flavors meld together.

Tequila Sunrise

  • Add Tequila into highball glass filled with ice.
  • Pour orange juice leaving space to float grenadine.
  • Garnish with cherry and orange slice. Enjoy!
Pale, with green and yellow hues. Aromas of white flowers, lemons and exotic fruits. Well balanced, between freshness and roundness, with a good length. 

Irish Coffee

  • Fill a Irish coffee mug with hot water, let sit for 2 min, then discard the water.
  • Add whiskey and sugar into the glass, fill with coffee and stir.
  • Top with an inch of whipped cream and enjoy!


  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker with cracked ice and shake.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.

Tom Collins

  • Take your gin, lemon juice, and syrup and shake it together in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
  • Strain into a glass and top off with soda water.
  • Garnish the cocktail with the maraschino cherry and lemon wheel.

Rum Horchata

  • In your cocktail shaker add ice and all ingredients except for cinnamon.
  • Shake until chilled and strain into a rock glass with fresh ice.
  • Powder some cinnamon on top and add cinnamon stick stir and enjoy responsibly.
French Martini
  • Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Squeeze juice from lemon peel onto the drink and drop in a twist.
